Trolls outside of drokner forgeband together for a burn and pilage raid on the city killing all they can get to. You can run from them but since skills and weapons are not available you can not attack back and defend.

I would:
- give to all raptors and vaettirs an enchant removal or two
- introduce crush bug which will appear only if someone is trying to sync
- automatic delete for characters reported for leeching
- Disable pve-only skills on HM
- Introduce a random map for GvG where only ranged spells/attacks are possible (wall between two teams)
- Make all drawings made on mini map temporary appear on the cape of the drawing person....
- Introduce FEAR - heroes with a 15% chance can run away from combat...
- Add to all consumables a random negative effect - such as health degen -1, ..-100hp, -40 armor, -30% movement speed etc
- make fow armor by default pink and fluorescent with a big pony painted on the chest
- For people spamming local chat introduce a random event: you have been robbed! You lose one random item/mini/platinium etc from your inventory or xunlai chest...
- double exhaustion for ele spells used on warriors
- make sup runes not remove hp but introduce stackable -14% to movement speed and (major - 7%)
- for every word "noob" used add -1hp health degeneration to a char using it... (in pvp and pve)
- reduce balthaazar faction cap by 1k for every use of the roll function in HB.
